Yes you read the title right!! We always want to be something, someone who we aren't. Don't know why? but underneath consciously subconsciously we do. Can we just even breath and be wholesome unfiltered and still taste like a amazing coffeeโ.May be during that point of time we won't see and accept ourselves as beautiful as we are but gradually you start relearning of shedding your old you in terms of old patterns which you didn't like, which was killing you silently from inside. What is more more imperative is to atleast purge out your true emotions with someone with being self critical.Do you know why I said this? As a psychologist I have observed many people pretend to be okay and satisfy their id by giving advice someone, feel superior- In some cases, according to them the sense of superiority they feel guard their vulnerable real self from being present.Every little dust of inside is being masked by superficial self. Just reflect, who so ever is reading this aren't any of you felt the same inside you? If yes then this is the right moment to make transformation just like butterfly. How slowly and gradually you can also be transformed as a beautiful being from shivering caterpillar to a beautiful butterfly with beautiful inspiring wings representing all it's colours fearlessly and honestly.๐ฆ Thanks & Regards Simran Jaiswal

All those who have been in the rig fire of trauma in different aspects of their life, may be the arena of trauma and intensity would be different but you made it, you felt you can never come out of it, but you did. Healing doesn't mean that you never have flashbacks or emotional breakouts rather healing means you see it now that is just an emotion and let it go. I understand there must be people who left you struggling even your closed ones, no one would be there to do the justice, and you were surviving the trauma in the form of manipulation, gaslighting, verbal, non- verbal abuse and many more, people also had laughed at you at your back. But just think how far you have come after that, what all good things in your life have happened and you learnt a lot. You suffered so that you may not let any other people suffering alone. You suffered so that you become much more courageous, compassionate, empathetic towards those people and wiser to guide others how to deal with such situation. Isn't it a blessing in disguise? Haven't you felt, you become much closer to the spirituality and self reflection. We all go through trauma in our lives in some point it's just that some become narcissist and some empathetic. Either ways taking the help of mental help expert is essential and understand with facts that you aren't alone, there still good souls exist. Never ever allow such event to take away your goodness which is there inside you. Each and everyone is beautiful, amazing and unique souls. Just a matter of perception. Always remember you suffered because God wants to show you how strong you are and ever victorious soul. Thanks & Regards Simran Jaiswal (Psychologist)

In this fast pace of life we individuals have become so selfish that everything should work according to us. When it comes to partner, we see all the flaws in partner and filled with complaints but here the main thing is, if you really want to sustain relationship both of you have to work on it on a daily basis. As a psychologist what I can suggest that, all the pointers of care , love and expression need to be shown so that you and your partner both feel heard, understood and supported. Do communication because communication is very essential aspect in having healthy and smooth going relationship keeping aside one's ego and being their with your partner as atrue being. Communication work as a tool which help in overcoming differences and misunderstandings with your partner. Spent time together, do atleast one activity together such as playing games, cooking your mutual favorite food together, go for walk together and many more. These certain things helps you both feel understood, mutually respected, important, loved and safe. I hope this little can help you to come out of your menace and sustain a healthy and smooth relationship with pure love and respect. Thanks & Regards Simran Jaiswal (Psychologist)
